Starting Your Federal Appeal

Hi, we are so happy to be representing you in your federal appeal. Today, we took the first step. We filed the complaint. This alerts Social Security to know that we're challenging the Al jaze decision. The agency will now have 60 days to file the transcript.

This is going to be all the documents that were submitted in your case, it will also include everything that you said at that hearing, yours and the witnesses. We must wait for the transcript to take the next step.

Please remember, if you've had new treatment, we'd be happy to talk with you about it. We can't submit any new evidence at this time, because the judge will only be looking at what did Social Security have, what did they say, and whether that's right or wrong, but we're always happy to answer any questions that you have. I want to make sure that you understand all aspects of the process.
